Refunds and withdrawal
Paddle sells our plans as our reseller and Merchant of Record, so Paddle handles every payment and every refund. Our Terms of use and the Pricing page say what the plans include.
Full refund within 14 days
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment for a plan: the first one or a renewal, monthly or yearly. You don't need to give a reason.
To ask for one:
- use the link in Paddle's receipt email, or
- go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund”, or
- write to us at [email protected] with the email address you paid with, and we'll ask Paddle for you.
Paddle refunds to the payment method you used, usually within 14 days. After a refund, the plan ends.
Your right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, the law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Paddle explains this right in its buyer terms at checkout and offers a withdrawal button in its customer portal, reached through the link in your confirmation email. Our 14-day refund above covers at least as much, so you can use whichever is easier for you.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time: on your Account page, through the link in Paddle's email, or at paddle.net. The plan ends at the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. We don't refund the rest of a running period, unless the law requires it or our Terms of use say so (if we remove a main feature of your plan, or close your account for a reason that isn't your fault). Deleting your account ends a running plan at once, and the Account page shows you its end date before you confirm.
Before a chargeback
If something went wrong with a payment, please contact Paddle or us first. A chargeback can pause your access while the bank looks into it.
