Paste the export from your game client. We read it back, check your talents against our build, and run one basic sim right here. Nothing is sent to us and nothing is stored.

How it works

  1. Export in the game. With our free addon, Forever Sim Exporter by DistillNote, installed, type /dnsim and copy the text. An export from the MythicSim exporter addon works too.
  2. Paste it below. Your character is read in your browser. The name and realm are dropped at once.
  3. Run the sim. One target, two minutes, the engine's preset rotation and buffs. The engine downloads once, about 4.5 MB.

What the free sim shows

Your DPS with its spread, the damage by ability, and how it sits against our newest stored run for your spec on the same engine. Your talents next to our build, with a link that opens them in the calculator. Fixed settings: one target, a level-63 boss for 2 minutes, the engine's preset rotation, buffs and consumables, 100 iterations.

Healers get the read-back and the talent comparison. The engine has no healing sim yet.

The engine

The sim runs MythicSim's Forever fork of wowsims, open source under the MIT licence, served from this site unchanged and built from commit cca7ffd. Beta engine: a direction, not a verdict.
