Ranked by the PvE healer lists. Each healer spec by its own ratings on the lists for healers; lists that rate whole classes don't count here. Every rating is shown as its list gives it; for the order we take the middle of the letter ratings, then the better rank position, then the number of lists. "=1" is a tie. Our own picks don't change this order.
