Restoration Druid guide

Healer · our guide of 13 Oct 2026 Recommendation

Talent trees, every tier list's rating and the sim: the Restoration tab.

In short

  • A healer who works with heals over time and can shift into an animal form to escape.
  • No sim result: the sim engine has no healing spells.
  • An instant answer to spikes: Swiftmend instantly heals a target that has your Rejuvenation or Regrowth on it, for what that spell would heal over its full duration. Sourced: Talent database
  • Weak spot: Wild Growth, the group heal at the bottom of the tree, is out of reach until well past level 30. Sourced: Talent database Source pending

How it plays

Up to level 30. Rejuvenation on the tank, Regrowth when health drops, and Healing Touch when Regrowth is already on; Rejuvenation can crit since 24 Sep. Thorns on the tank helps it hold threat. Furor, Naturalist and Natural Shapeshifter come first: Naturalist makes Healing Touch's cast time 0.5 sec shorter at 5 of 5, and Natural Shapeshifter makes shifting cost 30% less mana, so shifting out of a root is cheap. At 30 the build adds Gift of the Earthmother, Swiftmend and Improved Rejuvenation, and your 21st point buys Nature's Swiftness, which makes your next Nature spell instant: use it with Healing Touch in an emergency.

At level 60. Theory Wild Growth on cooldown: it heals an ally and each party member within 43 yards of them over 7 sec, fast at first. Rejuvenation on the tank, Regrowth, Swiftmend for spikes, Healing Touch with Nature's Swiftness in an emergency, and Innervate. Gift of the Earthmother makes Rejuvenation, Swiftmend and Wild Growth trigger a global cooldown 0.5 sec shorter, and Wild Growth needs Living Spirit 3 of 3. The 17 Feral points buy Brutal Impact for a longer Bash, and Feral Charge, which roots an enemy and interrupts its spellcasting for 4 sec.
